У статті доведено, що успішна інформатизація науки та освіти є необхідною умовою підвищення рівня інформатизації держави в цілому, а це, в свою чергу, значно сприятиме покращенню економічної, соціальної культурної сфер життя вітчизняного суспільства, утвердженню авторитету України серед світової спільноти. Аналіз наукових праць, присвячених темі статті, бесіди та спостереження дозволив уточнити основну проблематику інформатизації освіти, осучаснити її пріоритетизацію. Разом з тим у статті актуалізовано вплив процесу інформатизації освіти (і СІТ, як основного процесуального засобу) на формування особистості майбутніх учителів початкових класів. Наголос зроблено факторах, які негативно впливають на формування особистісних та професійних якостей; наприклад: надмірне використання технічних та програмних засобів СІТН у навчально-виховному процесі, використання "сумнівної" та неактуальної інформації, комп’ютерна залежність тощо. It is proved, that successful informatization of science and education is the necessary condition of rise of level of informatization of the state on the whole, and this, in same queue, will be considerably instrumental in the improvement of economic, social and cultural spheres of life of native society, to claim of authority of Ukraine among the world association in the article. Analysis of the scientific works devoted to the theme of the article, conversations and supervisions allowed to specify basic problems of informatization of education, made more modern its levels of priority. The influence of process of informatization of education (and MIT, as a basic processual mean) on forming of personality of future teachers of initial classes is actualitied at the same time in the article. The accent is done factors which negatively affect forming of personality and professional qualities; for example: the surplus use of the technical and program facilities MITE in an teach and educate process, the use of "doubtful" and unactual information, computer dependence and others like that.
