| Description: | The article is devoted to the peculiarities of formation and development of communicative portrait Manager. The author examines the different meanings of the term "Manager" as part of the naming professions. Special attention is paid to such important characteristic of the image of the Manager as a communicative culture. In the phenomenological structure of communicative portrait Manager the article deals with such fundamental position as the typology of oral business communication, ethical norms of business cooperation, methods of neutralization of incorrect tactics of communication, the technique of using different types of questions that are designed to improve effective communication activities. Статья посвящена особенностям формирования и совершенствования коммуникативного портрета менеджера. Автор рассматривает разное содержание понятия «менеджер», составляющего часть именования профессий. Особенное внимание обращается на такую важную характеристику имиджа менеджера, как коммуникативная культура. В феноменологической структуре коммуникативного портрета менеджера в статье рассматриваются такие фундаментальные позиции, как типология устной деловой коммуникации, этические нормы делового сотрудничества, способы нейтрализации некорректных тактик общения, методика использования разных типов вопросов, что нацелено на оптимизацию эффективной коммуникативной деятельности. |
