| Description: | The article presents the analysis of the social and cultural stages of modernization of education in rural areas. On the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis of formation of the ideas of social and cultural modernization of education revealed its contents. Authors' particular attention focuses on the leading mechanism of social and cultural modernization of education in rural areas – network interaction of the rural educational organizations. On the basis of M. A. Loginova´s works regularities of network interaction come to light. The study identifies particular the use of network interaction in rural areas in process of social and cultural modernization. The theoretical value for the general pedagogy is the identification of prerequisites (formation of information society in Russia, existence of specific characteristics of formation of network economy in the conditions of rural areas, partial success of a "technological" stage of modernization of rural school, etc.), definitions and characteristics of the theoretical foundations (ideas of the developing provisions of network approach, pedagogics of rural school, theories of management of education, including the rural educational organizations). В статье предлагается анализ этапов социокультурной модернизации образования на селе. На основе историко-педагогического анализа становления идей социокультурной модернизации образования выявляется ее содержание. Особое внимание авторов статьи привлекает ведущий механизм социокультурной модернизации образования на селе - сетевое взаимодействие сельских образовательных организаций. На основе работ М.А. Логиновой выявляются закономерности сетевого взаимодействия. В процессе исследования выявляются особенности использования сетевого взаимодействия в условиях села в процессе социокультурной модернизации. Теоретическое значение для общей педагогики имеет выявление предпосылок (становление информационного общества в России, наличие специфических характеристик формирования сетевой экономики в условиях сельской местности, частичная успешность «технологического» этапа модернизации сельской школы и др.), определения и характеристики теоретических основ (идей развивающихся положений сетевого подхода, педагогики сельской школы, теорий управления образованием, в том числе сельскими образовательными организациями). |
