| Description: | The article is devoted to issues regarding meeting the demands of all parties (employers, parents, students) interested in the control of the quality of specialists training at the University. The results of determining the priorities of satisfying these requirements, developing the mechanism of integration of both Universitys and employers interests, organizing the forward training of specialists and promotion of the mechanism of independent estimating the graduates into the regional market are given in the article. Статья посвящена вопросам выполнения требований всех заинтересованных сторон (работодателей, родителей, студентов) в управлении качеством подготовки специалистов в университете. Приведены результаты деятельности по разработке механизма интеграции интересов вуза и работодателей, по организации опережающей подготовки специалистов и продвижению на региональный рынок механизма независимой оценки выпускников. |
