| Περιγραφή: | Russian economy stabilization, competitive interaction tightening, businesses and companies organizational structures diversification, all this is leading from development through specific projects to carry out sustained and balanced development (to achieve the whole set of strategic objectives, risks and resource constraints of the organization), that is to manage a portfolio of projects. The article presents practical application of the innovativeness level assessing methodic on the large investment and construction projects for the organization portfolio, as well as the calculation of the economic effect of this managerial tool on the example of the Federal target program projects in the field of nuclear energy. The rating project innovativeness level assessment is proposed to be carried out using the criteria given above for the project life cycle stages, taking into account the relevant weighting coefficients of the significance criteria. In its analytical potential the proposed innovativeness level rating assessment is a flexible management tool with which can be taken into account the peculiarities of the innovative component at all investment and construction project life cycle stages. This, in turn, allows to build a portfolio of projects within the available investment resources in the most correct waytaking into acount the innovative specifics Practical application of the proposed innovation level assessing methodics will allow, first, to reject at the stage of business planning the futile projects that do not meet the qualifying criteria, secondly, to raise the validity of administrative decisions with regard to innovation, and thirdly, to compare different projects on a single scale of qualitative and quantitative criteria of achieve performance, covering all investment and construction project life cycle stages. В статье рассмотрены вопросы практического применения методики оценки уровня инновационности крупных инвестиционно-строительных проектов для формирования портфеля проектов организации, а также расчет экономического эффекта от применения данного организационно-управленческого инструмента на примере проектов федеральной целевой программы в области атомной энергетики. |
