| Description: | The comparative analysis of surgical treatment of acute obturational cholecystitis is performed in 425 patients. The advantage of laparoscopic cholecystomy carried out at early terms of the disease is shown. The two-stage treatment method including decompression cholecystostomy and following laparoscopic cholecystectomy was used in the cases when the paracystic infiltrate was formed. The method of interstitial electrophoresis of antibiotic combined with magnetotherapy was developed to increase the efficiency of medicamental effect on the infiltrate gall bladder. |
