Περιγραφή: One of the problems related to obtaining vocational education by the schoolchildren, isthe difficulties which the first-year students face in the adjustment period. Isit the first year when the system of values and cognitive orientation of the students are changed, new ways of their cognitive activity are developedand certain types of interpersonal relationships are formed. And the more effective adaptation of the students in higher or secondary education the higher psychological comfort, learning motivation, orientation and the nature of training activities for senior courses will be. The urgency of the problem is 2 defined by the tasks of the optimization process of the "occurrence" of the schoolchildren intothenew system of relations.
Одной из проблем, связанных с получением профессионального образования вчерашними школьниками, являются трудности, с которыми сталкиваются студенты в адаптационный период. Именно на первом курсе у студента происходит перестройка всей системы ценностно-познавательных ориентаций личности, вырабатываются новые способы познавательной деятельности и формируются определенные типы межличностных отношений. И чем эффективнее пройдет адаптация студентов в высшем или среднем учебном заведении, тем выше будет психологический комфорт, учебная мотивация, направленность и характер учебной деятельности на старших курсах. Актуальность проблемы определяется задачами оптимизации процесса "вхождения" вчерашнего школьника в новую для себя систему отношений.
