| Περιγραφή: | The article is devoted to studying the urgent adaptation of the cardiovascular system to the physical activity of low power. As a low-power loads the exercise capacity 0.25 W/kg was used. The authors considered the pedals in the absence of external resistance and passive rotation of veloergometer pedals. To register the indicators of the central hemodynamics the tetrapolar chest rheography of a body was used. The analysis of the results established the increase of minute volume of blood circulation in all types of activities, also, there were revealed the multidirectional tendency of dynamics of the general peripheral resistance of vessels, the time of exile of blood in the time of rotation of pedals without external resistance and in the time of passive rotation of pedals. The results of the research showed that urgent adaptation to physical activities of low power among 20–22 years old young men and girls depends on sex. Thus, the autthors defined more perfect mechanisms of urgent adaptation of cardiovascular system in the groups of young men. Статья посвящена изучению срочной адаптации сердечно-сосудистой системы к физической нагрузке малой мощности. Результаты исследования показали, что срочная адаптация на физические нагрузки малой мощности юношей и девушек 20-22 лет зависят от пола. В результате этого нами определенны более совершенные механизмы срочной адаптации сердечно сосудистой системы в группах юношей. |
