| Description: | Иммуновоспалительные (аутоиммунные) заболевания относятся к числу наиболее тяжелых хронических болезней человека. В их число входят аутоиммунные ревматические болезни, поражающие взрослых и детей: ревматоидный артрит, ювенильные артриты, спондилоартриты, псориатический артрит, а также системная красная волчанка и другие системные заболевания соединительной ткани. В статье рассматриваются российский опыт диагностики и фармакотерапии ревматических болезней и основные направления научных исследований. Они включают разработку стратегии профилактики, внедрение инновационных методов ранней диагностики, лечения и прогнозирования исходов наиболее тяжелых форм аутоиммунных ревматических болезней в рамках реализации концепции персонифицированной медицины. Immunoinflammatory (autoimmune) diseases are among the most severe chronic diseases in humans. These include autoimmune rheumatic diseases that affect children and adults: rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritides, spondyloarthritides, psoriatic arthritis, as well as systemic lupus erythematosus and other systemic connective tissue diseases. The article examines the Russian experience of diagnosis and pharmacotherapy of rheumatic diseases and the main trends in research. They include the development of prevention strategy, the introduction of innovative methods for early diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of outcomes of the most severe forms of autoimmune rheumatic diseases under the concept of personalized medicine. |
