| Description: | In a review of the participation of antimicrobial peptide LL-37 in the initiation and the inhibition of autoimmune inflammation of the model of psoriasis. Shows the role of the peptide in the protection of extracellular nucleic from nuclease, in the delivery of them in endosomal department of dendritic cells and induction of synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. Are discussed the ways of possible therapeutic use of peptide LL-37. В обзоре рассмотрено участие антимикробного пептида LL-37 в инициации и ингибиции аутоиммунного воспаления на модели псориаза. Показана роль этого пептида в защите внеклеточных нуклеиновых кислот от нуклеаз, в доставке их в эндосомальный отдел дендритных клеток и индукции синтеза провоспалительных цитокинов. Обсуждаются возможные пути терапевтического применения пептида LL-37. |
