| Description: | In order to assess the effectiveness of the treatment of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis and to identify the main types of orthopedic complications in young children, analyzed was the treatment of this disease in 36 children aged 11 days to 2.1 years. In 22 (61.1%) cases established was complete recovery of the patient, and in 10 (27.8%) abnormalities of growth. Heavy orthopedic consequences developed in 4 out of 5 children who were admitted to hospital in the neonatal period and who needed surgical treatment. С целью оценки эффективности лечения острого гематогенного остеомиелита и определения основных видов ортопедических осложнений у детей младшего возраста проведен анализ лечения этого заболевания у 36 детей в возрасте от 11 дней до 2,1 года. В 22 (61,1%) случаях установлено полное выздоровление пациента, а в 10 (27,8%) нарушение роста. Тяжелые ортопедические последствия развились у 4 из 5 детей, поступивших в периоде новорожденности, которым понадобилось оперативное лечение. |
