| Description: | Due to electric power market reforming, springs up new legal relations, which new subjects enter. In process of the reforming spring up a new civil-law contract the contract for electric power transfer. This article reveals the structure of subjects in contract for electric power transfer. Author selects 2 sides of the contract customer and executor. Doing analysis of the current legislation in electric power area, the customer of the contract for electric power transfer are legal entities and private individuals. Doing analysis of the current legislation in electric power area, the customer of the contract for electric power transfer are legal entities and private individuals, including subjects of the wholesale market of electric power, and also sale companies of electric power and guaranteed suppliers. Executor is the network company. The author notices that to the current day legislatively doesn’t show the list of subjects in the contract for electric power transfer, moreover there is no system which builds clear relationships between participants of the contract for electric power transfer. |
