Description: Повышение эффективности ранней диагностики костно-суставного туберкулеза — одна из основных задач в борьбе с этой болезнью. Классические методы этиологической диагностики туберкулеза, такие как бактериоскопический, культуральный, иммуноферментный, цитологический, отличаются или недостаточной восприимчивостью, или длительностью исследования. Несмотря на распространение современных высокоинформативных методов лучевой диагностики воспалительных поражений опорно-двигательного аппарата, таких как ультрасонография, компьютерная и магнитно-резонансная томография, существенного улучшения ситуации не произошло. Анализ литературных данных показал, что для идентификации и типизации микробактерий в случаях внелегочной локализации туберкулеза перспективно использование полимеразной цепной реакции. Разрозненность и противоречивость публикаций, посвященных возможностям молекулярно-генетических методов для ранней диагностики костно-суставного туберкулеза, обусловливает необходимость дальнейших научных разработок в этом направлении.
A higher efficacy of early diagnosis of tuberculosis of bones and joints is one of the main tasks in fight against this disease. Conventional methods of etilogical diagnosis of tuberculosis, such as bacterioscopic, cultural, enzyme immunoassay and cytological one, differ with either insufficient sensitivity or duration of the study. Despite spreading of modern highly informative methods of radiological diagnosis of inflammatory lesions of the musculoskeletal system, such as ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, the situation has not significantly improved. The analysis of literature data has shown that in cases of extrapulmonary localization of tuberculosis it is promising to use the polymerase chain reaction for identification and typing of mycobacteria. Fragmented and contradictory reports, dealing with abilities of the molecular-genetic methods for early diagnosis of tuberculosis of bones and joints, necessitates further scientific developments in this direction.
