| Περιγραφή: | В статье рассмотрена эволюция главных подходов к многоцелевому лесопользованию в мире, начиная с XVIII века и до нашего времени. Впервые концепция устойчивого лесопользования была озвучена в 1713 году Гансом-Карлом фон Карловицем, и ее главная идея состояла в обеспечении непрерывных запасов древесины. Идея непрерывного лесопользования активно развилась до начала ХХ века, когда снизилась интенсивность лесопользования. В начале ХХ века были предложены следующие концепции лесопользования: идея «общества живого леса» (“living forest community”), концепция «приближенного к природе лесоводство» (“close to nature forestry”), концепция многоцелевого лесопользования (“multifunctional forestry”). На протяжении ХХ века концепция многоцелевого лесопользования пережила ряд трансформаций – от концепции крупномасштабной сегрегации, мелкомасштабной сегрегации, полной интеграции, интегрированного лесного менеджмента до устойчивого лесопользования, мультиресурсного лесного менеджмента и современного этапа в процессе эволюции многоцелевого лесопользования – менеджмента экосистем. Менеджмент экосистем – понятие, используемое для описания тенденций в философиях менеджмента, в которых доминирует убеждение в том, что все остальные стоимости леса намного важнее древесины. Сегодня сосредоточение всего внимания только на экономических аспектах лесопользования является неправильным. Суть многоцелевого лесопользования в современном лесопользовании состоит в одновременном удовлетворении экономических, экологических и социальных потребностей общества. Экономически-эффективное, нравственно-приемлемое, экологически-грамотное многоцелевое лесопользование – идеальный вариант, но всего лишь несколько из существующих сегодня концепций лесопользования соответствуют всем трём критериям одновременно. The article describes the evolution of the main approaches to the multi-purpose forest management in the world, from the XVIII century to the present. For the first time the concept of sustainable forest management was announced in 1713 by Hans Karl von Carlowitz, and its main idea was to provide continuous supplies of timber. The idea of continuous forest management actively developed until the early twentieth century, when intensity of forest management decreased. In the early twentieth century the following conceptions of forest management were suggested: the idea of "living forest com-munity", the concept of "close to nature forestry", and the concept of "multifunctional forestry». Throughout the twentieth century, the concept of multipurpose forest use has experienced a number of transformations from the concept of large-scale segregation, small-scale segregation, full integration, integrated forest management to sustainable forest management, multiresourse forest management and the current stage in the evolution of multipurpose forest management the management of ecosystems. Ecosystem management a concept used to describe the trends in management philo-sophy, which is dominated by the belief that all other costs of forest are more important than the cost of forest wood. Today the focus of attention only on the economic aspects of forest management is wrong. The essence of the modern multi-purpose forest management in forest management is to simultaneously meet economic, environmental and social needs of society. Economically effective, morally acceptable, environmentally literate multi-purpose forest management an ideal option, but only a few of today's concepts of forest management meets all three criteria simul-taneously. |
