Περιγραφή: For making laboratory research in the large seed dropping with a new seeding apparatus more correct it is necessary to study and research the theory of its motion in the seeding apparatus body and the process of its interaction with working bodies of the seeding machine. The new seeding apparatus allows to drop large seeds with a use of metered bottom method. It was not used for such types of seeds earlier. So at the basis of the theoretical research was the aim of its motion in the seeding apparatus research. It was solved the problem for the initial conditions determining for the case of the seed tale from the coil blade. The difficultness of the task was in the complex motion of the seed. The seed moves from the blade with its peripheral speed. The speed changes because the seed simultaneously moves to the tailing window of the seeding apparatus. It was made the differential equations of the seed motion relatively fixed references axis. It was determined the absolute speed of the point at the moment of the acorn’s falling. Also it was determined the location of the contact point of the acorn with the seed drop tube plane. The equations we got allow to calculate the evenness of the seed’s motion in the drop tube. It influence positively on the seed distribution at the seed drill bottom.
Для проведения более точных лабораторных исследований по высеву крупных лесных семян новым высевающим аппаратом необходимо изучить и исследовать теорию их движения в корпусе высевающего аппарата и процесс взаимодействия с рабочими органами сеялки. Так как новый высевающий аппарат позволяет высевать крупные лесные семена более дозированным нижним способом высева, который ранее не использовался для таких типов семян, то в основу теоретических исследований была заложена цель по исследованию их движения в корпусе высевающего аппарата. Была решена задача для определения начальных условий для случая схода семени с лопасти катушки. Сложность задачи состояла в том, что семя в этом случае совершает сложное движение, перемещаясь вместе с лопастью со скоростью, равной её окружной скорости, при этом она меняется, поскольку семя одновременно перемещается по лопасти к выбросному окну высевающего аппарата. Были составлены дифференциальные уравнения движения семени относительно неподвижных декартовых осей x, y и найдена абсолютная скорость точки в момент выпадения жёлудя, а также координаты точки соприкосновения желудя с плоскостью семяпровода. Полученные уравнения позволяют просчитать равномерность движения семян по семяпроводу, что положительно скажется на их распределении по дну посевной бороздки.
