| Description: | The article presents the features and differences of medical interviews and the traditional method of "conversation doctor and patient." The content of each stage of the interview, and common mistakes in its conduct. The attention is focused on the verbal and non-verbal methods of conducting interviews. It is shown that for the diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making doctor must have certain skills of information gathering. These include the balance of open and closed questions during the interview, the physician's ability to facilitate and clarify the statements of the patient, active listening, correct use of pauses, the elucidation of the problems of the patient and his expectations from contact with the doctor, as well as hypotheses В статье представлены особенности и отличия медицинского интервью и традиционного метода "беседа врача с пациентом". Раскрывается содержание каждого этапа интервью и типичные ошибки при его проведении. Акцентируется внимание на вербальном и невербальном способах ведения интервью. Показано, что для принятия диагностических и лечебных решений врачу необходимо обладать определенными навыками сбора информации. К ним относятся баланс открытых и закрытых вопросов в ходе интервью, способность врача к облегчению и прояснению высказываний пациента, активное слушание, правильное использование пауз, выяснение проблем пациента и его ожиданий от контакта с врачом, а также выдвижение гипотез |
