| Description: | Даётся определение новой, в широком смысле, криминологии как учению о криминале, общетеоретической науке криминального цикла. Обосновывается необходимость разработки новой криминологии и одной из её важных составляющих виктимологии. Рассматриваются место и роль в ней виктимологической теории, статус науки виктимологии. Характеризуются знания о жертвах преступления применительно к различным отраслям науки криминального цикла. Анализируются положения о современной виктимологии и её перспективах, изложенных в работах А. В. Майорова. Предлагается структура виктимологических знаний на уровне общего, или применительно к общетеоретическому учению о криминале и на уровне особенного применительно к дисциплинам криминального цикла.A definition of new criminology, in a broad sense, as to the doctrine about crime, general and theoretical science of a criminal cycle. The need of development of new criminology and one of its important components a victimology is proved. The place and role of the victimological theory, the status of victimology science in it is considered. Knowledge of the victims of a crime in relation to various branches of science of a criminal cycle are characterized. Regulations on a modern victimology and its prospects stated in A.V. Mayorov’s works are analyzed. The structure of the victimological know-ledge at general level, or in relation to the general and theoretical doctrine about crime and at special level in relation to disciplines of a criminal cycle is offered. |
