| Description: | In the article the problem of development of tolerance among the younger generation in a family is studied. Special emphasis is placed on the specifics of the development of tolerance to children in a dysfunctional family. The authors identified the main directions in the improvement of pedagogical and educational work with difficult families, which is targeted at the development of tolerant consciousness. The notion of tolerant consciousness is understood by the authors as a view of the position of the child as an active subject of the organization of educational and preventive work. In the course of the research the authors studied the organization of work with a family on the level of individual districts and educational institutions through the implementation of programs aimed at mobilizing of a neutralizing capacity of a family environment. The researchers show that the organization includes a collective creative activity of pupils through pedagogical support in terms of institutions of additional education. В статье рассматривается проблема развития толерантного сознания у подрастающего поколения в семье. Особый акцент делается на специфике развития толерантного сознания детей в неблагополучной семье. Авторами были выделены основные направления совершенствования педагогико-воспитательной работы с неблагополучными семьями по развитию толерантного сознания: учёт позиции ребёнка как активного субъекта организации воспитательно-профилактической работы; организация работы с семьей на уровне отдельных микрорайонов и образовательных учреждений через реализацию программ, направленных на мобилизацию нейтрализующего потенциала семейной среды; организация включения в коллективную творческую деятельность учащихся через педагогическое сопровождения в условиях учреждений дополнительного образования. |
