| Description: | The system of scientific and technological preparation of production (NTPP) in innovative preparation of production is a set of the interconnected processes of innovative activity which provide technological readiness of the enterprise for release in the established volumes of products of the set level of quality in the set terms at the smallest expenses. The new conceptual model of management is given in this publication by processes of technological development of production. This model doesn’t contradict the main directions of innovative policy of the state and allows to construct a control system of innovative preparation of machine-building production. Система научно-технологической подготовки производства (НТПП) в инновационной подготовке производства - это совокупность взаимосвязанных процессов инновационной деятельности, которые обеспечивают технологическую готовность предприятия к выпуску в установленных объемах изделий заданного уровня качества в заданные сроки при наименьших затратах. В данной публикации приведена новая концептуальная модель управления процессами технологического развития производства. Эта модель не противоречит основным направлениям инновационной политики государства и позволяет построить новую систему управления инновационной подготовкой машиностроительного производства. |
