| Περιγραφή: | Для современного фондового рынка характерны высокие риски, что находит проявление в периодических кризисах, связанных с потерей капитала инвесторами. Наиболее незащищенными в этих ситуациях оказываются вкладчики коллективных инвесторов, которые несут потери в связи с низкой социальной ответственностью этих финансовых институтов. Как следствие действия этого отрицательного фактора на российском рынке ценных бумаг идет снижение числа участников коллективного инвестирования, что препятствует эффективному развитию всего рынка. Ослабление действия принципов социальной ответственности бизнеса в инвестиционных институтах находит проявление в снижении уровня квалифицированного управления поступающими на рынок ценных бумаг средствами населения, что провоцирует ситуации, способствующие возникновению кризисов на фондовом рынке по причине погони его участников за сверхприбылями. В этой связи в статье рассматривается ряд мер по повышению социальной ответственности коллективных инвесторов как основных участников фондового рынка, которые смогли бы сформировать устойчивую положительную тенденцию по отношению к управлению привлекаемым на рынок средствами населения как социально ответственному процессу. Основной акцент при этом сделан на формирование механизма развития коллективного инвестирования. For the modern stock market is characterized by high risks, which finds expression in the periodic crises associated with the loss of capital investors. The most vulnerable in these situations are depositors of collective investors who suffer losses due to the low social responsibility of these institutions. As a consequence of the negative factors on the Russian securities market to decrease in the number of participants in the collective investment which prevents the effective development of the whole market. Weakening of the social responsibility principles in the investment institutions manifests itself in the reduction of the qualified management of coming on the securities market of means of the population, which provokes the situation, promoting the emergence of crises on the stock market due to the pursuit of its participants for excess profits. In this connection, the article considers a number of measures to increase the social responsibility of collective investors as the main participants of the stock market, which could form a stable positive trend in relation to the control attracted to the market of means of the population as a socially responsible process. The main focus is made on the formation mechanism of the development of collective investment. |
