| Description: | The article deals with the most important tendencies of modern Russian written communication, which are found in many spheres, but first of all in the sphere of virtual communication. The tendency towards increasing the significance of the information transmission visual channel and the process of expanding holistic forms of production and perception of the transmitted information are studied in this article from the point of view of the antinomic analysis. The article covers the following factors influencing these tendencies: cognitive (formation of the new written mentality elements), semiotic (new elements of the written code, activation of visual forms, strengthening the written code hieroglyphic component), discourse (strengthening the written speech discourse), communicative (actualisation of perlocutionary effect) and technological, connected with the technique of writing (computer typing, increasing the possibilities for rapid and wide information spreading). The article deals with the cases of sound reduction in written speech: clipped forms of information transmission, the activity of graphoderivation, creolized texts, polycodes. The article stresses the competition of two codes in the modern written language: acoustic-audial and manual-visual. It is found in a large number of modern means of communication, for example, in lectures and reports with presentations, in Skype, mobile communication. Intensive internal competition of these codes is found in the written on-line communication, which largely preserves the peculiarities of the oral speech. The analysis of such a competition lets the author hypothesize that the competing forms in on-line communication are differentiated functionally. The preservation of many manifestations of oral speech (live discourse) lets the writer realize the function of direct speech impact on the addressee (in particular, it increases the suggestive and manipulative functions). Reduction of the oral speech elements in written communication, increased hieroglyphization of the text help to implement the informative function effectively. Thus, in written speech the antinomy of sensual and logical parts of communicators language consciousness is realized. The phenomena of modern written communication, such as advertising communication and punctuation, are considered in detail as an example of the mentioned tendencies realization. Advertising involves the majority of the above mentioned tendencies and practically has a direct or indirect impact on all forms of communication, including punctuation, especially in natural written speech, where there is an active competition between paragraphemics, focused on the written language discourse, and traditional punctuation, focused on structural-semantic accentuation of the speech material. В статье рассматриваются базовые тенденции современной письменной коммуникации, проявляющиеся в ее различных сферах: виртуальной, рекламной, бытовой, дидактической. Анализируются факторы, формирующие данные тенденции, в их числе когнитивные, семиотические, дискурсивные, технические. Более подробно анализируется тенденция к усилению визуального канала письменной коммуникации и связанного с ним расширения возможностей холистического способа письменной передачи информации. |
