| Description: | The paper gives a brief survey of population by the Paleolithic Man of the Southern mountain belt of Siberia the first stage of its population of North Asia. The authors demonstrates the reason for the inevitability of the beginning of the second stage of population before the Karganian (middle wurm) time. The evolution of the climate of Karganian time is discussed. Beside the separate stages of this time, even in the last, weakest of three, warming up of Karganian time in the North outskirts of North Asia the climate was more favorable than the contemporary in the same regions. The reason for population before the second stage precisely of uplands, but not the plains of North Asia, and аlso time and reason of the outcome of Paleolithic Man from the Southern mountain belt of Siberia is discussed. The paper considers the nature of the settling of Paleolitnic Man on the second stage, and the special feature of mastery by it new territories before the Pre-Sartanian time. It is shown that before the second stage of the population of North Asia the Paleolitnic Man could not master plain both before the south and on the north, and his settling did not go further foothills. Приведен краткий обзор заселения палеолитическим человеком Южного горного пояса Сибири первого этапа заселения Северной Азии. Объясняется неизбежность начала второго этапа заселения в каргинское (средний вюрм) время. Обсуждается эволюция климата каргинского времени. В отдельные этапы этого времени, даже в последнее, самое слабое из трех, потепление, на северной окраине Северной Азии климат был благоприятнее современного в тех же районах. Обсуждаются причина заселения на втором этапе именно нагорий, но не равнин Северной Азии; время и причины исхода палеолитического человека из Южного горного пояса Сибири; характер расселения палеолитического человека на втором этапе и особенности освоения им новых территорий в предсартанское время. Показано, что на втором этапе заселения Северной Азии палеолитический человек не смог освоить равнины как на юге, так и на севере, и расселение не пошло дальше предгорий. |
