| Περιγραφή: | The paper clarified the interpretation of the term "intellectual capital management of the enterprise." The principles and goals and objectives of a process of intellectual capital management company. The basic functions and methods of intellectual capital management company. The process of managing intellectual capital is considered as the integration of its three components human, structural and customer capital, that is, people who receive, generate, transmit and preserve knowledge in their memory; processes used for the dissemination of knowledge; technologies for the efficient functioning of people and processes. The object of research is the control mechanism of formation and use of the intellectual capital of the company. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the study of the processes of accumulation of intellectual capital of business entities that can be considered to address this problem in the plane of enhancing the use of all components of intellectual capital. У статті уточнено трактування терміну «управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства». Наведено принципи, визначено мету й завдання реалізації процесу управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства. Розглянуто основні функції та методи управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства. Запропоновано розглядати вирішення проблеми накопичення інтелектуального капіталу суб’єктами господарювання шляхом активізації використання людської, структурної та споживчої складових інтелектуального капіталу. |
