| Description: | In this article the author examines the alterations that have taken place in the Russian Air legislation and brings in offers how to perfect the acting Russian air law. The travel industry in our country has been developing rapidly for the last years, which led to a sharp increase in domestic and international air passenger carriages and as a result in the number of legal disputes concerned with them. The development of trade connections with foreign countries also determined the rise in cargo carriages by air. These facts indicate the necessity for the development of scientifically grounded suggestions for making amendments in the operating legislation that would more clearly define the liability for improper fulfillment of the terms of the singed agreements for air carriage. So, author's offers how to perfect the acting Russian air law must help eliminate the existing discrepancies between legal acts of different levels and to lead to the unification of the legal practice when settling arising disputes. |
