В статье рассматриваются виды ответственности за нарушение права на неприкосновенность частной жизни лица, посредством разглашения сведений, составляющих врачебную тайну, акцентируется внимание на способах совершения данных преступлений. Автор детально анализирует судебную практику, уделяя особое внимание преступлениям, предусмотренным ст. 137 УК РФ. Сформулирован вывод об особом режиме сведений, составляющих врачебную тайну. Обосновано предложение законодательно предусмотреть в качестве предмета уголовно-правовой охраны любые сведения о частной жизни лица. The article discusses the types of liability for violating the right to privacy of a person by disclosing information constituting medical secrets, and focuses on the methods of committing these crimes. The author analyzes in detail judicial practice, paying special attention to crimes under Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A conclusion is formulated about the special regime for information constituting medical secrets. The proposal to legislatively provide for any information about the private life of a person as a subject of criminal legal protection is substantiated
