Περιγραφή: The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the formal speeches given at the ceremonies of the national anniversaries of Greece, specifically the celebrations of 25th of March 1821, 28th of October 1940 and 30th of January, in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens during the period of the political reform of the country (1974-1981). In the course of this period Greece leaves behind a seven-year long dictatorship and has an imminent need to restore the balance and the democratic values and at the same time to face serious threats concerning its territorial integrity. The working hypothesis of our paper aimed at studying and analyzing the subjects that are summarized in the following questions: • Which were the subject areas of the speeches given by the professors of the University at the ceremonies and what was their ideological aim? • Which of the professors were giving the speeches? • Who assigned them the task and in which faculties were they teaching? The critical view and the explicative approach of all the above, was attempted both within the national and the hyper national historical-political setting of the period between 1974-1981.
Η εργασία αυτή έχει ως αντικείμενο τη μελέτη των λόγων που εκφωνήθηκαν στις επίσημες τελετές των εθνικών επετείων της 25ης Μαρτίου 1821, της 28ης Οκτωβρίου 1940 και του εορτασμού των Τριών Ιεραρχών την 30η Ιανουαρίου, στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών κατά την περίοδο της Μεταπολίτευσης 1974-1981. Μία περίοδο κατά την οποία η χώρα μας αφήνοντας πίσω της μια επταετία αυταρχικού καθεστώτος, έπρεπε πρωτίστως να βρει τις ισορροπίες της, να αποκαταστήσει τους δημοκρατικούς θεσμούς, να αντιμετωπίσει σοβαρότατα προβλήματα που απειλούσαν την εδαφική ακεραιότητά της. Οι υποθέσεις της ερευνητικής μας εργασίας είχαν ως στόχο την έρευνα και την ανάλυση των θεματικών που περιληπτικά εντάσσονται στα παρακάτω ερωτήματα: • ποια ήταν τα θέματα και ποια η ιδεολογική στόχευση των επισήμων λόγων που εκφωνούνταν από τους καθηγητές του Πανεπιστημίου στις ανωτέρω εορτές; • ποιοι καθηγητές εκφωνούσαν τους λόγους; • ποιος τους όριζε και σε ποιες Σχολές υπηρετούσαν; Η κριτική θεώρηση και η ερμηνευτική προσέγγιση όλων των παραπάνω, επιχειρήθηκε τόσο μέσα στο εθνικό όσο και μέσα στο υπερεθνικό ιστορικοπολιτικό γίγνεσθαι της περιόδου 1974-1981.
