Description: У статті проведено аналіз стану та перспектив розвитку адміністративно-правового регулювання системи органів державної виконавчої служби в Україні. Визначено, що сучасний стан системи органів державної виконавчої служби характеризується концентрацією повноважень щодо реалізації державної політики щодо організації примусового виконання рішень в Міністерстві юстиції України в межах власної компетенції, підпорядкуванням існуючої раніше системи органів примусового виконання рішень Мін’юсту і часткового прийняття на себе нормативно-правової основи їх діяльності. The article analyzes the state and prospects of the development of the administrative-legal system regulation of the system of bodies of the state executive service in Ukraine. Found that modern the state of the system of bodies of the state executive service is characterized by concentration powers for the implementation of state policy on the organization of forced execution decisions within the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine within their own competence, subordination of the existing one earlier systems of bodies of enforcement of decisions of the Ministry of Justice and partial acceptance on their own normative legal basis of their activity.
