| Description: | In this article considered the prerequisites for the emergence of culture. In social philosophy, this problem exists in the context of the “driving forces” of the world-historical process. Adhering to the ideas of “universal (global) evolutionism” (N.N. Moiseev, V.S. Stepin) and “process philosophy” (A.N. Whitehead), we give a justification to the universal principle of perception / reproduction and uphold the existence of the logic of the Unified Material Process, rising from the level of interaction of elementary particles to the emergence of consciousness, society and culture. It is about natural determinism and, accordingly, the decisive role of the bioinformation system, common to all individuals. The solution of this problem is one more step towards the creation of a modern general scientific picture of the world. В данной статье рассматриваются предпосылки возникновения культуры. В социальной философии данная проблема существует в разрезе «движущих сил» всемирно-исторического процесса. Придерживаясь идей «универсального (глобального) эволюционизма» (Н.Н. Моисеев, В.С. Стёпин) и «философии процесса» (А.Н. Уайтхед) мы даём обоснование всеобщему принципу восприятия / воспроизводства и отстаиваем существование логики Единого Материального Процесса, восходящего с уровня взаимодействия элементарных частиц до возникновения сознания, общества и культуры. Речь идёт о природном детерминизме и соответственно решающей роли биоинформационной системы, общей для всех индивидов. Решение данной проблемы – это ещё один шаг к созданию современной общенаучной картины мира. |
