| Description: | The article discusses the main factors and indicators that allow assessing the level of digital and innovative development of the region. The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics of the regional digital development of the Rostov region with the formation of a list of current prospects for digital transformation. The result of the study was the identification of the level of digital development of the region and the specifics of innovative activities of organizations. В статье рассматриваются основные факторы и показатели, позволяющие оценить уровень цифрового и инновационного развития региона. Целью исследования выступает выявление специфики регионально-цифрового развития Ростовской области с формированием перечня актуальных перспектив цифровой трансформации. Результатом исследования выступило выявление уровня цифрового развития региона и специфики инновационной деятельности организаций. |
