Περιγραφή: This article, based on the analysis of the data from the VCIOM surveys and the results of the research “The Dynasties of engineers in Russia”, the tendency of the respondents’ not to see their children as continuers of the family profession is fixed. Respondents could not formulate the positive and negative aspects of professional dynasties. Reflecting the general tendency of the attitude of society towards the problems of professional continuity, among the reasons, the undesirability of getting a parent profession by their children, the respondents identified: insufficient prestige of the profession; lack of employment opportunities by profession; lack of career prospects; insufficiency of incomes received, etc. In the context of ambiguous attitude of society to the place and role of professional dynasties, we identified the following possible forms (material and non-material) of state and public support for the processes of professional continuity: an active state policy to provide material conditions for specialists in conditions of internal migration and immigration; purposeful support of dynasties in a certain professional environment (military, engineers, workers); support for the ideological attitudes of the state (working dynasties, labor dynasties); popularization of dynasties (printing, television, promotions, competitions, celebration, etc.). The article contains some examples of the active support of professional dynasties in Russia, recorded in recent years (print, competitions, festivals). The purpose of these events is to identify and support Russian dynasties that made a significant contribution to the economic, social and cultural development of the country, preserve and enhance the best labor and cultural traditions of Russia, inform the population of Russia about the achievements of fellow citizens who made a significant contribution to the development of the country.
В статье, на основе анализа данных опросов ВЦИОМ и результатов исследования «Инженерные династии России», проведенного ФНИСЦ РАН, зафиксирована тенденция снижения желания респондентов видеть своих детей продолжателями семейной профессии. Респонденты по большому счету не смогли сформулировать положительные и отрицательные стороны профессиональных династий. Отражая общую тенденцию отношения общества к проблемам профессиональной преемственности, среди причин, нежелательности получения своими детьми родительской профессии, респонденты выделяли: недостаточный престиж профессии; отсутствие возможности трудоустроиться по профессии; отсутствие перспектив карьерного продвижения; недостаточность получаемых доходов и др.
