| Περιγραφή: | The article presents an analysis of approaches to the disclosure of the essence of the innovative environment of the region, which made it possible to identify a common understanding of the innovative environment of the region as a space that ensures the activation of innovative processes, to identify its key components and significant characteristics. Based on existing conceptual approaches, the requirements for the formation of a system of indicators for the development of the innovation environment are summarized. Taking them into account, the decomposition of the innovation environment has been carried out and a system of indicators has been formed that meets the requirements put forward. Using this system of indicators, a generalized characteristic of the innovation environment in the regions of the Volga Federal District is presented. The task of forming a model of an integral indicator for assessing the level of development of the innovation environment in continuation of the agenda under study is set. В статье представлен анализ подходов к раскрытию сущности инновационной среды региона, позволивший выделить общее понимание инновационной среды региона как пространство, обеспечивающее активизацию инновационных процессов, определить ее ключевые компоненты и значимые характеристики. Опираясь на существующие концептуальные подходы, обобщены требования к формированию системы показателей развития инновационной среды. Учитывая их, осуществлена декомпозиция инновационной среды и сформирована система показателей, соответствующая выдвинутым требованиям. Используя эту систему показателей, представлена обобщенная характеристика инновационной среды в регионах ПФО. Поставлена задача формирования модели интегрального показателя оценки уровня развития инновационной среды в продолжение исследуемой повестки. |
