| Description: | Analyses the reasons that led to the mass development of virgin and fallow lands in the middle of the 1950s, characterized delivered the state of the purpose and scope olf the forthcoming works. Detail facing virgin landers difficulties, and sjhows the progress and results of development of virgin lands, positive and negative results of its carrying out Proven in the exploitation of serious violations had been committed in applying farming, as a result of the gram crop yield on the virgin snow was low, and the cost of grain is higher than in the old cultivated areas. Mass development of the virgin lands could not ensure the constant and steady rise in agricultural production. It concludes that to the mass adoption of new lands in the USSR started prematurely. In those years, the country still did not have sufficient funds for such a Grand and expensive project that has affected the pace and results of its implementation. The direction of the huge material and human resources in new areas predetermined the extensive way of development of agriculture in the USSR. The development of new lands were sent huge funds, which takes away from the traditional grain regions of the country. It weakened attention to the agricultural sector in other areas, particularly in the Russian regions, which were in need of emergency assistance. However, this cannot be belittled feat million settlers, who, being in very difficult circumstances, their work could smash massive amounts of new lands. Therefore the 1950s and entered the history of the Soviet country as a heroic epic of development of virgin lands. Дається аналiз причин, що призвели до масового освоєния цiлинних I перелогових земель у серединi 1950-х pp., охарактеризовано поставленi державою цiлi I масштаби майбутнiх робiт. Докладно описанi складнощi, що виникли перед целинниками у ходi реалiацiï завдаиня, хiд i результати освоєния цiлинних земель, выявлено позитивнi та негативнi результати його проведения. Показано, що освоєния цiлини не змогло забезпечнти постiйний i СТiйКИЙ пiдйом ciльськогосподарського виробництва. Робиться висяовок про те, що до масового освоєния цiлини в СРСР приступили передчасно. Дается анализ причин, приведших к массовому освоению целинных и залежных земель в середине 1950-х гг., охарактеризованы поставленные государством цели и масштабы предстоящих работ. Подробно описаны возникшие перед целинниками трудности, показан ход и результаты освоения целинных земель, выявлены положительные и отрицательные результаты его проведения. Показано, что освоение целины не смогло обеспечить постоянный и устойчивый подъем сельскохозяйственного производства. Делается вывод о том, что к массовому освоению целины в СССР приступили преждевременно. Надiйшла до редколегiï 25.03.2014. |
