| Description: | The article presents the results of the author's study of the problem relevant for literary and translation studies - the specifics of interior description from the point of view of its characterological function. The characterological function of the interior allows to reflect the character and the inner world of the character of a literary work. This paper studies the novel «Archipels» by the French writer Hélène Gaudy. The research reveals and interprets literary tropes in the original descriptions of the interior, revealing the uniqueness of the personality of the main character of the narrative. В статье представлены результаты изучения автором актуальной для литературоведения и переводоведения проблемы – специфики описания интерьера с точки зрения его характерологической функции. Характерологическая функция интерьера позволяет отобразить характер и внутренний мир персонажа художественного произведения. В данной работе рассматривается роман «Archipels» французской писательницы Элен Годи. В ходе исследования выявлены и интерпретированы литературные тропы в оригинальных описаниях интерьера, раскрывающие уникальность личности главного героя повествования. |
