| Description: | The article analyzes the main economic indicators of the financial and economic activities of the largest bank in China, China Construction Bank, including in more detail the structure of its costs, most of which are labor costs. The changes in indicators caused by the impact of the pandemic, as well as the peculiarities of personnel costs in China in general and in the banking sector in particular, are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the measures taken by the bank's management to optimize these types of costs in order to increase competitiveness. В статье проведен анализ основных экономических показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности крупнейшего банка Китая China Construction Bank, в том числе более подробно структура его затрат, большую часть которых составляют затраты на оплату труда. Проанализированы изменения показателей, вызванных влиянием пандемии, а также особенностей затрат на персонал в КНР в целом и в банковской сфере в частности. Сделаны выводы об эффективности проводимых руководством банка мероприятий по оптимизации данных видов затрат в целях повышения конкурентоспособности. |
