Description: The article reveals the essence of socio-economic forecasting. The stages of its implementation have been shown. The authors substantiated the main indicators used for socio-economic forecasting. The aim of the research is social and economic forecasting of the Voronezh region development on the basis of trend models. The information base was the data on the socio-economic situation of 34 municipalities of the Voronezh region for the 5-year period. The clusters have been identified by the level of social and economic development. On the basis of trend models the forecast of social and economic development of the Voronezh region for the future has been carried out. The presented models provide an opportunity to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the regional development level in the current and forecast period and can be used to develop the integrated scenarios of the dynamics of the region and socio-economic development programs to improve the management efficiency of regional development.
В статье раскрыта сущность социально-экономического прогнозирования, показаны этапы его проведения, обоснованы основные показатели, используемые для его проведения. Цель работы - социально-экономическое прогнозирование развития Воронежской области на основе трендовых моделей. Информационной базой являлись данные о социальноэкономическом положении 34 муниципальных образований Воронежской области за 5-летний период. Выделены кластеры по уровню социально-экономического развития. На основе трендовых моделей проведен прогноз социально-экономического развития Воронежской области на перспективу. Представленные модели дают возможность провести комплексную оценку уровня развития региона в текущем и прогнозном периоде и могут применяться для разработки комплексных сценариев динамики региона и программ социально-экономического развития для повышения эффективности управления региональным развитием.
