| Περιγραφή: | The purpose of this article was to study the mechanism for introducing innovations in the educational systems. To achieve this goal, the levels of educational innovations and methods of their implementation were reviewed, the components of the competitiveness index of countries and the international Quacquarelli Symonds rating, educational systems of the BRICS countries were analyzed. It is assumed that active introduction of innovations in educational systems will increase the competitiveness of Russia as a whole among the BRICS countries. To test this hypothesis, the documents placed in the public domain in the BRICS countries were analyzed, including the components of the global competitiveness index for 2017-2018. It was proved that at the present stage of strengthening globalization in the sphere of education, including among the BRICS countries, the introduction of educational innovations is an important element in strengthening the competitiveness of higher education systems. Целью настоящей статьи стало исследование механизма внедрения инноваций в образовательные системы. Для достижения поставленной цели были рассмотрены уровни образовательных инноваций и методы их внедрения, проанализированы составляющие элементы индекса конкурентоспособности стран и международного рейтинга Quacquarelli Symonds, образовательные системы стран БРИКС. Предполагается, что активное внедрение инноваций в образовательные системы позволит повысить конкурентоспособность России в целом среди стран БРИКС. Для проверки данной гипотезы анализировались документы, размещенные в открытом доступе, по странам БРИКС, в т.ч. составные элементы индекса глобальной конкурентоспособности за 2017-2018 гг. Было доказано, что на современном этапе усиления глобализации в сфере образования, в т.ч. и между странами-участницами БРИКС, важнейшим элементом усиления конкурентоспособности систем высшего образования является внедрение образовательных инноваций. |
