Περιγραφή: Sensitive and resistant two-spotted spider mite strains to Malathion and Fenpyroximate were obtained by disruptive selection in inbred breeding. The selection of the genotypes single females was carried out according to mortality rate of diagnostic concentrations of each acaricides. Characteristics inheritance of acaricides resistance was determined by the mortality rate of the hybrid F1 families and Fa backcrosses mite strains. To compare the biochemical mechanisms of acaricides resistance to the chemical classes of OP and METI, confirmed by the electrophoretic detection of a molecular marker, which was the izozyme of carboxylesterase E3.
Дизруптивным методом отбора при инбредном размножении были получены чувствительные и резистентные к малатиону и фенпироксимату линии обыкновенного паутинного клеща. Проводившимися экспериментами сопоставлены фенотипические эффекты, вызываемые у самок обыкновенного паутинного клеща (Tetranichus urticae Koch), отселектированных дизруптивным отбором на наличие или отсутствие гена резистентности к химическим токсикантам - малатиону и фенпироксимату.
