| Περιγραφή: | This article presents a comparative analysis of the projects of the district railways and extension strategies of the adjacent territories developed at the industrial and postindustrial stages of Moscow and the Paris agglomeration development. The technical characteristics, designation of the first district railways, the main reasons for their construction and their role in the formation of the planning structure of the cities under consideration were determined. There is a change in their town-planning significance in the process of historical development. The authors of this article provide information on the current state of these railways and outline the trends in their development. It is revealed that the territories along them have a historical and cultural value. The article reveals and clears up a number of common problems of the Moscow and Paris development - the historically formed radial-concentric and monocentric agglomerations. It is emphasized that such large infrastructure projects as the Moscow Central Ring and the new transport system of Paris conurbation are called upon to solve these problems. In addition, the projects are aimed at the reconstruction, development of the territories adjacent to the transport and transfer hubs and reduction of the territorial disproportions. The article considers the project of the transport network "Express of Greater Paris", as well as the previous versions of construction projects of a new district railway in the Paris region. The main tasks of passenger transportation systems Moscow Central Ring and "Express of Greater Paris" are listed. The article confirms the similarity of the basic principles of the new urban policy of Moscow and the Paris agglomeration. В данной статье представлен сравнительный анализ проектов окружных железных дорог и стратегий развития прилегающих территорий, разработанных на индустриальном и постиндустриальном этапах развития Москвы и Парижской агломерации. Определены технические характеристики, назначение первых окружных железных дорог, основные причины их строительства, их роль в формировании планировочной структуры рассматриваемых городов. Отмечается изменение их градостроительного значения в процессе исторического развития. Авторами статьи приведены сведения по современному состоянию этих железных дорог и обозначены тенденции их развития. Выявлено, что территории вдоль них обладают историко-культурной ценностью. В статье выявлен и раскрыт ряд общих проблем развития Москвы и Парижа - исторически сложившихся радиально-концентрических, моноцентрических агломераций. Подчеркивается, что такие крупные инфраструктурные проекты, как Московское центральное кольцо и новая транспортная система Большого Парижа, призваны решить эти проблемы. Кроме того, проекты направлены на реконструкцию, развитие территорий, прилегающих к транспортно-пересадочным узлам, уменьшение территориальных диспропорций. В статье рассмотрены проект транспортной сети “Экспресс Большого Парижа”, а также предшествующие ему варианты проектов строительства новой окружной железной дороги в Парижском регионе. Перечислены основные задачи пассажирских транспортных систем Московское центральное кольцо и “Экспресс Большого Парижа”. В статье подтверждается схожесть основных принципов новой градостроительной политики Москвы и Парижской агломерации. |
