| Description: | The article examines the principles of the implementation of responsibility for internationally wrongful acts, reflected in the doctrine, as well as in the practice of international judicial bodies. It contains the opinions of leading domestic and foreign scientists in the field of law of international responsibility and evaluates the content of the principles under consideration from the standpoint of the modern science of public international law. As an important aspect, the article examines the right of states to take measures to ensure the protection of their interests in case of violation by other subjects of international law and includes references to the relevant provisions of the Draft Articles on Responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts. В статье рассматриваются принципы реализации ответственности за международно-противоправные деяния, нашедшие отражение в доктрине, а также в практике международных судебных органов. Приводятся позиции ведущих отечественных и зарубежных ученых в области права международной ответственности, дается оценка содержания рассматриваемых принципов с позиции современной науки международного права. В качестве важного аспекта затрагивается право государств на принятие мер в целях обеспечения защиты своих интересов в случае нарушения со стороны других субъектов международного права и приводятся соответствующие положения Проекта статей об ответственности государств за международно-противоправные деяния. |
