Description: The article shows the role of ideomotion in the formation of skills and abilities in skiing. The basic aspects (biomechanical, biological, psychological and pedagogical) were determined. The effect of visualization on the improvement of not only technical skills but also motor capabilities was noted. The specific examples of the use of mental representations in ski races by leading athletes were given.
В статье показано место идеомоторики в образовании навыков и умений в лыжном спорте. Выявлены основные аспекты: биомеханический, биологический, педагогический и психологический. Отмечено влияние визуализации на совершенствование не только технического мастерства, но и двигательных способностей. Даны конкретные примеры использования мысленных представлений в лыжных гонках ведущими спортсменами.
