Description: На основе философско-культурологических представлений о тексте как тексте культуры и стратегиях креативного чтения понятие "читательская грамотность" уточнено и обосновано автором статьи в качестве условия творческого саморазвития личности, разработана и апробирована модель развития читательской грамотности студентов в образовательном процессе высших учебных заведений.
Based on philosophical and cultural ideas about text as the text of culture and creative reading strategies, an author of the article clarified the concept of "readers 'literacy' and justified it as a condition of creative self-development, developed and tested a model of reader literacy of students in the educational process of higher educational institutions.
