Description: The aim of thearticleis to identify issues that would enhance theexperts' discoursein the adaptation and educational potential of the international experience in the area of multicultural education and the formation of a tolerant identity of future teachers who can serve as a reference point and a resource for innovations in improvement the domestic system of multicultural education of students in pedagogical higher education institutions of Russia. The methodology covers the desk researches including the analysis of the available reliable Russian and foreign sources of information on a problem; a comparative and analytical method, a system method, a dialectic method, elements of social design, as well as a method of rationalization of meanings. The authors made an attempt to show a value of the international activity of the Russian ped-agogical educational institutions in the field of implementation of joint projects onmulticultural edu-cation of future teachers and detection of the importance of formation of the tolerant personality in the conditions of the international educational integration that can form a knowledge basis for the sub-sequent scientific researches in this field.
Цель статьи - постановка вопросов для формирования дискурса экспертов по вопросу адаптационно-образовательного потенциала международного опыта в области поликуль-турного образования и формирования толерантной личности будущего педагога, который может служить ориентиром и ресурсом для инноваций в совершенствовании отечественной системы поликультурного образования студентов в педагогических вуза России. Методология охватывает кабинетные исследования, включающие в себя анализ имеющихся достоверных российских и зарубежных источников информации по проблеме, сравнительно-аналитический метод, метод системности, диалектический метод, эле-менты социального проектирования, а также метод рационализации смыслов. Авторами предпринята попытка показать значение международной деятельности российских педагогических учебных заведений в области выполнения совместных проектов по поликультурному образованию будущих учителей и выявлении значимости формирования толерантной личности в условиях международной образовательной интеграции, что может послужить знаниевой основой для последующих научных исследований в этой области.
