| Description: | The actual problems related to the development of human capital in connection with the digital transformations of the economy and society are being considered. The results of an expert survey and focused interviews with students are presented. The peculiarities associated with the emergence of new types of professional activity, practice and internship of students, the correspondence of human capital to digital maturity of companies are revealed. Рассматриваются актуальные проблемы, связанные с развитием человеческого капитала в связи с цифровыми преобразованиями экономики и общества. Приводятся результаты экспертного опроса и фокусированных интервью со студентами. Выявлены особенности, связанные с появлением новых видов профессиональной деятельности, практики и стажировки студентов, соответствия человеческого капитала цифровой зрелости компаний. |
