Description: The article is devoted to the problem of readiness of school teachers and University teachers to work with children with disabilities in the conditions of their inclusion in classes and groups with normative-developing children. Teachers are faced with the following tasks: to change their attitude and others to the disabled, as far as possible to change the educational environment, to create conditions for the implementation of special educational needs. The difficulties in the system of advanced training and retraining in conditions of inclusive education are considered of inclusive education.
Статья посвящена проблеме готовности педагогов школ и преподавателей вузов к работе с детьми с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в условиях включения их в классы и группы с нормативно-развивающимися детьми. Перед педагогами стоят следующие задачи: поменять свое и отношение окружающих к инвалидам, по мере возможности изменить образовательную среду, создавать условия для реализации особых образовательных потребностей. Рассматриваются трудности в системе повышения квалификации и переподготовки кадров в условиях инклюзивного образования.
