| Description: | В статье рассматривается специфика процесса концептуализации действительности в гастрономическом дискурсе на примере немецкого языка. Анализируется лингвистический статус понятий «лингвокультурная реалия» и «ментефакт»; приводятся примеры декодирования бытовых реалий и выявления культуроносного смысла ментефактов. При проведении исследования используются метод компаративного (сравнительно-сопоставительного) анализа и метод семантической дивергенции. Приведенные в статье примеры лингвокультурных бытовых реалий и ментефактов, относящихся к лексико-семантическому полю «Еда» (Biergarten, Brezel, Stutenkerl, Pumpernickel) отражают наиболее значимые для ретрансляции немецкой лингвокультуры позиции и получены методом сплошной выборки при работе с данной лексико-семантической группой. The article discusses the specifics of the process of conceptualization of reality in gastronomic discourse on the example of the German language. The linguistic status of the concepts «linguocultural realia» and «mentefact» is analyzed; recommendations are given for decoding household realia and identifying the cultural meaning of mentefacts. The study uses the method of comparative analysis and the method of semantic divergence. The examples of linguocultural household realia and mentefacts given in the article related to the lexico-semantic field «Food» (Biergarten, Brezel, Stutenkerl, Pumpernickel) reflect the most significant positions for the relaying of German linguoculture and were obtained by continuous sampling when working with this lexico-semantic group.
