Description: The paradigm of modern education evolves amidst rapid global changes, including technological progress, social instability, and rising demands for professional adaptability. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is emerging as a key component in the preparation of future teachers, enabling them to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and parents, while also managing their own emotions. This article presents emotional intelligence as a complex system integrating emotional sensitivity and self-regulation, grounded in philosophical foundations and systems thinking. The research identifies three main development areas: theoretical, psycho-educational, and practical, emphasizing reflection, stress management, and the use of digital tools. Emotional intelligence enhances adaptability, motivation, and job satisfaction, especially during crises such as war or remote learning. Therefore, EQ is positioned as an indispensable pedagogical resource crucial for forming resilient and socially responsible educators
