Description: This article examines the historical facts that led to the development of the theory of political risks, its stages of development and formation. Historical facts that raise questions of political risks are presented. The development of the theory of political risk gives an idea that economic factors continue to play an important role in the formation of the final level of political risk and contribute to a comprehensive accounting and analysis in its calculations, which arouses interest in this topic. The article is focused on the study of the external environment and its impact on international corporations. Risks of state interference in the activities of foreign companies in the country where investments are placed and, above all, such manifestations as nationalization and expropriation of property, the imposition of direct restrictions on the functioning of international business, are considered as a fundamental factor of political risk.
Данная статья рассматривает исторические факты, приведшие к развитию теории политических рисков, его этапы развития и становления. Приводятся исторические факты, ставящие вопросы политических рисков. Развитие теории политического риска дает представление о том, что экономические факторы продолжают играть важнейшую роль в формировании итогового уровня политического риска и способствуют всестороннему учету и анализу при его расчетах, что и вызывает интерес к данной тематике. В статье сосредоточено внимание на изучении внешний среды и ее влияние на международные корпорации. В качестве основополагающего фактора политического риска рассматриваются риски государственного вмешательства в деятельность иностранных компаний в стране размещения инвестиций и прежде всего, такие их проявления, как национализация и экспроприация собственности, наложение прямых ограничений на функционирование международного бизнеса.
