| Description: | В статье проведен критический анализ методологических подходов к оценке устойчивости доходной базы местных бюджетов, выявлен и предложен ряд индикаторов для расчетов при определении устойчивости бюджетной системы. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы при изучении инструментов и механизмов бюджетно-налоговой политики государства. The article provides a critical analysis of methodological approaches to assessing the sustainability of the revenue base of local budgets, identifies and proposes a number of indicators for calculations in determining the sustainability of the budgetary system. The results of the analysis can be used to study the instruments and mechanisms of the state fiscal policy. |
