В настоящее время, одним из факторов эффективного функционирования и развития организаций строительной отрасли является их качественное и непрерывное управление затратами. Наряду с традиционными методами управления затрат, организациям строительной отрасли целесообразно применять функционально-стоимостной анализ, который является эффективным инструментом оптимизации затрат и качества выполнения производственных функций. Материалы исследования представляют интерес и практическую значимость для руководства организаций строительной отрасли. Currently, one of the factors for the effective functioning and development of organizations in the construction industry is their high-quality and continuous cost management. Along with traditional methods of cost management, it is advisable for organizations in the construction industry to apply functional cost analysis, which is an effective tool for optimizing costs and the quality of performance of production functions. The research materials are of interest and practical importance for the management of organizations in the construction industry. |
