В статье рассмотрены особенности решения проблем функционирования стартапов и МИПов в России. Среди наиболее значимых направлений выделено: совершенствование нормативно-правовой базы, регулирующей деятельность МИПов и стартапов, создать центр управления МИП, организовать эффективное взаимодействие бизнеса, образования и государства, внедрение единой цифровой платформы и др. Особое место в статье занимает характеристика механизма государственной поддержки МИП и его составных элементов. Итогом исследования является обоснование значимости механизма поддержки МИПов и стартапов и его перспективность в условиях цифровизации экономики. The article discusses the features of solving the problems of the functioning of startups and MIPS in Russia. Among the most significant areas highlighted are: improving the regulatory framework governing the activities of MIPS and startups, creating an MIP management center, organizing effective interaction between business, education and the state, the introduction of a single digital platform, etc. A special place in the article is occupied by the characteristics of the mechanism of state support for MIP and its constituent elements. The result of the study is the substantiation of the importance of the support mechanism for MIPS and startups and its prospects in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. |
